Pre-order/ Made to order
All "Pre-Order" items are 100% made to order to provide a sustainable approach to the industry. As a result of this, orders will take 3-9 weeks to ship. Each of our designs are handmade by a small team in NYC, please allow for extra time during production and shipping to accommodate this.
Please note that cancellations and refunds are only available within 48 hours of a purchase; subsequent shipping/production delays do not qualify for a refund.
U.S. Shipping
We offer US shipping with the United Postal Service. All non-pre order items will take approximately 2-7 days to ship.
International shipping
We currently offer world wide international shipping. Additional taxes or duties may occur depending on the region the package is being shipped. Exchanges and Store credit
Returns and Exchanges
Currently we only accept exchanges or store credit within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Any shipping fees for returns are at the customers cost. If you need to make an exchange, have received faulty/damaged merchandise, or are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to contact@vivacarpe.com.
Cancellations
We will accept cancellations within 48hrs of placing an order. We do not accept cancellations for “Pre-Order” items, these pieces ship out within 3–9 weeks. We are not responsible for cancellation requests resulting from delivery delays or items not arriving by a specific date within this timeframe.
